The company’s founders, PG Ljungman and Kaj Munkberg, both had a background as psychologists and positioned the company at the heart of the business community in Småland.

Martin has extensive experience of being a manager and leading people. Among other things, he has worked with managerial and organizational development, recruitment, talent management, strategic competence supply and business planning. Martin has a background as an officer and, after his military career, has worked as Team Leader, Training Manager, Business Developer and HR Manager, among other things.

Christina is a behavioral scientist with over twenty years of experience in the HR field. The assignments have varied greatly between being a leader myself, running strategic development projects linked to organization and leadership, to recruiting key positions in many different industries and corporate cultures, within both private business and the public sector. For the past fifteen years, she has mainly had assignments at Executive level. Christina is certified in board work & corporate governance.

Malin has many years of managerial experience of leading people and businesses at both operational and strategic levels. She has a broad background from the energy industry where she worked as a specialist, operations manager and CEO and in these roles has recruited and led teams and management groups. Malin has a Master of Science in chemistry in 1996 and continuing education in leadership, strategy, communication and change management as well as experience in board work.

This involves individual adaptation of the selection process in close collaboration with our client, together with qualified interaction with candidates, test results and referees. The process, which is based on high-quality standards, provides a well-founded and reliable basis for crucial recruitment decisions. From start to finish, the process is managed and supervised by our consultant, guaranteeing full quality assurance in each stage of the process, and resulting in a written detailed and concluding report on each final candidate.

Each new client assignment is designated to and becomes the main responsibility of one of our consultants. However, the entire team is involved and committed, focusing on how we can present the best possible recruitment to our client. In this way, we can take advantage of our collective competencies and search networks – working to satisfy the client, as well as confirming their preferred candidate.
