Since its launch in 1984, Finnveden Executive has developed into one of Sweden’s leading companies in management recruitment and specialist recruitment. The company’s founders, PG Ljungman and Kaj Munkberg, both had a background as psychologists and positioned the company at the heart of the business community in Småland.
All the partners at Finnveden Executive are fuelled by strong personal commitment. We take personal responsibility for the entire set-up and delivery of each project. We take our clients’ success personally.
We believe in the power of teamwork. By that we mean our own team – where we involve all our partners in our assignments – but we also have great faith in the power of our clients’ teams. We help our clients to succeed by putting together the right team.
Finnveden Executive comprises experienced managers who have all held management roles in business. We are also driven entrepreneurs ourselves, with great interest in business, and what is happening now and in the future, in our market and the world around us. This means that we understand our clients’ business and needs.
To help us, we have a tried and tested process for what we do. We are secure in our role and feel confident that we are able to help our clients to succeed.
Over the years we have had the honour of following clients and candidates on their journey upwards through the value chain, and also into broader geographical areas of responsibility. Today we work with candidates and clients from across Sweden.
We have offices in Gothenburg (Götaplatsen), Stockholm (Karlaplan), Jönköping (Hoppets torg) and Värnamo (Köpmansgatan 7) but we operate across the whole of Sweden. All we need for recruitment is one room, which means that we can book into a hotel or conference centre anywhere in the country, close to the client, as required.
