Martin Dambergs became a Partner and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Finnveden Executive in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in executive and specialist recruitment for the private sector, both nationally and internationally. Martin has extensive experience as a manager and leader. For approximately 10 years, he served as an officer in the armored troops of the Swedish Army, where he gained solid experience in leadership.
Outside of the military, he has also been responsible for and worked with executive and organizational development in large companies and public authorities. He has experience in recruitment, talent management, strategic workforce planning, and business planning.
Martin has been a certified facilitator in UGL (Understanding Group and Leader) and is certified in Talent Q.
