Som Marknads- och Kommunikationschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för bolagets marknadsföring och kommunikation, en av dina främsta uppgifter är att stärka bolagets varumärke bland annat genom medveten profilering. Några av dina andra huvudsakliga ansvarsområden är att:

• Etablera/Skapa en marknadsstrategi, Varumärkesstrategi och kommunikationsstrategi med olika aktiviteter
• Tillsammans med Försäljningschef utveckla och stärka försäljningen
• Förbättra säljeffektiviteten genom att via hemsidan och olika kanaler öka varumärkeskännedomen och driva den trafik som genererar leads
• Tillsammans med Produktchef kommersialisera erbjudandet av produkter och tjänster
• Ansvara för intern och extern kommunikation på den globala marknaden
• Arbeta proaktivt med mediakontakter samt driva utveckling av digital marknadsföring
• Ansvara för samarbeten med PR- och kommunikationsbyråer

Du rapporterar du till VD och ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp.

Vi söker en Marknads- och Kommunikationschef som är van att arbeta operativt.

Din bakgrund

Du har minst fem års erfarenhet från en marknads- och kommunikationsavdelning, gärna med underställd personal men det är inget krav. Du ligger i framkant när det gäller att hantera digitala marknadsföringskanaler. Du har en dokumenterad erfarenhet ifrån att etablera samt stärka varumärken och aktivt medverka i att utveckla försäljning via marknadsaktiviteter. Du är van vid att hantera marknads- och kommunikationsfrågor samt sköta kontakter med både PR- och kommunikationsbyråer. Det är en fördel om erfarenhet från ett teknikbolag.

Du har adekvat högskoleutbildning eller annan jämförbar marknadsutbildning.

Marketing and Communications Manager

for a growing international technology company located at the head office in Mölndal

The position

As Marketing and Communications Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the company’s marketing and communication, one of your main tasks is to strengthen the company’s brand through, among other things, conscious profiling. Some of your other main responsibilities are to:

• Establish/Create a marketing strategy, brand strategy and communication strategy with various activities
• Together with the Sales Manager, develop and strengthen sales
• Improve sales efficiency by increasing brand awareness and driving traffic that generates leads via the website and various channels
• Together with the Product Manager, commercialize the offer of products and services
• Responsible for internal and external communication on the global market
• Work proactively with media contacts and drive development of digital marketing
• Responsible for collaborations with PR and communication agencies

You report to the CEO and are part of the company’s management team.

Your profile

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who is used to working operationally.

Your background

You have at least five years’ experience from a marketing and communications department, preferably with subordinate staff, but this is not a requirement. You are at the forefront of managing digital marketing channels. You have documented experience from establishing and strengthening brands and actively participating in developing sales via marketing activities. You are used to handling marketing and communication issues and managing contacts with both PR and communication agencies. Experience from a technology company is an advantage.

You have adequate university education or other comparable market education.
