Anne has been a recruitment and Executive Search consultant since 2005, working independently with specialist recruitment processes for clients in the private and public sector, nationally as well as internationally.
She has long experience as an HR manager, staff developer and organizational consultant, as well as extensive industry experience from political organizations and private companies. She has held leading positions at GöteborgsOperan, Liseberg AB, Dayco Automotive AB, Frontec Sverige AB and Resia AB.
Anne has a degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations and an e-MBA from the University of Gothenburg.
Roger has long experience in leading executive positions, including as vice CEO and responsible for marketing and sales in Scandinavia. He has worked within the IT and ERP industry for 20 years.
He has an MBA (1991) from the University of Gothenburg and further advanced studies in communication, leadership and sales.

Ulrika has long and comprehensive experience of working strategically as well as operatively within Human Resource Management in medium-sized companies and international groups.
Her previous responsibilities include recruitment, management support and coaching, as well as leader and organizational development. She holds a degree in HR Management from Växjö University (1991) focusing on Occupational Psychology.

Martin has extensive experience of managerial positions and people management. His career to date comprises management and organisational development, recruitment, talent management, strategic competence resourcing and operational planning. Following his military career background as a trained officer, he has held positions as a team leader, head of education and training, head of operational planning and as a HR manager.

PG is one of the founders of Finnveden Urval and has since 1984 been working with Executive Search and management and specialist recruitment.
He is a qualified and registered psychologist (1977) from the University of Gothenburg. Between 1977 and 1979 he conducted postgraduate studies in psychology.
Andreas has long experience from service and administration. Bachelor degree in Human Resources, 2019 from Jönköping University.
As part of the Finnveden Executive team, his main responsibilities include the coordination of administration and research.
